Our Home Finder relocation service is tailored to each client’s needs. We will screen and locate suitable properties for the client based on the client’s specific requirements after thorough in-person or telephone consultation during which the Leasing Specialist will introduce you to the rental markets in the San Francisco Bay Area. Once the search parameters have been thoroughly established by the client, the Leasing Specialist will thoroughly search the desired areas for properties which meet the criteria and schedule touring appointments for the client.
Before the first tour, an in-person meeting between the client and the Leasing Specialist will be necessary to review and prepare the client for the application process. We will educate the client as to the pros and cons of each property as we tour the properties, and we will also educate the client as to the applicable laws and regulations particular to each area, if applicable. At least one would-be adult tenant must be available to tour available properties we find for the client.
We will provide transportation for up to two adults. We offer this service on two types of basis: hourly fee or per-week flat fee. The amount charged for the services will vary depending on the number of geographical areas the client wish to search. For example, we charge $1,000 flat-fee per week or $50.00 per hour and will schedule up to 5 tours per day for five days or for a total of 25 tours for a search within the City of San Francisco only.
