BENJAMIN SCOTT
Benjamin is the Company’s founder and a licensed Real Estate Broker. He works with owners transitioning into professional property management, buying and selling residential and commercial properties, and advising on best practices for successful property management.
Benjamin is the longest serving Rent Board Commissioner, serving over 12 years. This experience is invaluable in helping clients navigate rent and eviction control laws.
Benjamin is originally from Rochester, Minnesota, and a double major graduate of U.C. Berkeley.
ZACH MOSS
Zach joins the Advent Team with a multitude of experiences that fit nicely within the Property Management and Homeowners Association Management.
Prior to working with Team Advent, Zach was a debate coach, teacher and paralegal. Zach oversees all the day to day operations of Advent with the assistance of Benjamin and Darryl. Zach is always there to assist our clients.

Edgar joins the property management team at Advent to help maintain and manage your property properly.
As a Bay Area native, Edgar grew up in East Oakland and lived in an apartment complex that was neglected by the owner. As such, he wants to ensure that other residents are living in adequate conditions. He speaks fluent Spanish.

Kelly manages the day to day in facilitating clerical property management needs.
She handles all day to day operations and management of rental properties and communicates with owners and tenants on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.

Longson holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and oversees the overall collection of rental payments, concession deposits, monthly property payments, and is responsible for Owner account reporting.
He is also fluent in Cantonese and conversant in Mandarin, and literate in Chinese.
NHA VU
Nha is an Accounting Specialist that assists Longson and Tammy in facilitating clerical accounting needs and billing procedures.
She is also fluent in Vietnamese.
TAMMY CHIU
Tammy provides accounting services for Advent Properties. She assists the accounting department in collection of rental payments, concession deposits, and monthly property payments.
She also assists in owner account reporting and speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.
SCOTT SOUSA
Scott is responsible for vetting new vendors and negotiating with current vendors for the best price to handle your property's care.
Scott also works with Elon on assigning day-to-day maintenance tasks to our Property Care Technicians and preferred vendors.

Julio handles hundreds of maintenance requests and works with vendors on servicing requests.

Elon works closely with in-house technicians, preferred vendors, and owners on the vacancy turn of their rental property. He prepares a list of necessary work, collects bids, and facilitates the work with vendors and the owner.
His goal is to complete the work timely so your property gets back on the rental market 100% rent ready. This work helps keep your rental values as high as possible.
